In order to enhance the cohesive force and improve the organization vitality, Hi-tech Spring & Sipai organized two quality development trainings from May 15th to 16th and from May 22nd to 23rd, respectively, which involve over 170 members including management personnel above Level S, technical supervisors of various levels, L2 specialists, L3 senior specialists, and management trainees. Each session of training, lasting for two days, is carried out under the theme of “Ice-breaking and Integration · Cooperation and Mutual Win · Friendship and Trust · Challenge and Innovation”. The training inspired the cooperation willingness and helped them break communication barriers among different departments and management levels by team games of “Build a Tower Together”, “Floor Curling”, “Run in 60 Seconds”, “Go Through Mountain Lao” and “Follow the Rhythm”. In the evening, they played the board game of “Wink Killer” and had a great experience in analysis, judgment, and expression strategy through “Role Play” and “Deduction and Kill”. The outward training provided a platform for every participant to show his or her capacity and talent, which let us know the wisdom of teamwork. The winning team and the winner in “Wink Killer” were granted with generous prizes. We believe that the training experience and lessons will enhance our mutual trust and confirm the belief to pursue excellence - “Stay Together and Run to the Future”.
