On July 29th, 2021, Hi-tech Spring held a “Blue Plan” trainee welcome ceremony and program launching meeting. ZHANG Sheng’an, General Manager of the Company, YAN Zengwei, Production Director of the Company, YANG Xianfeng, Safety Director of the Company, “Blue Plan” trainees, tutors and relevant personnel from the Training Department. The ceremony includes five items, namely the welcome speech by the director of human resource, explanation on the “Blue Plan” training program, the study commitment by the trainee representative, speech by the general manager of the Company, and the agreement signing with tutors. First of all, Director YANG Xianfeng made the welcome speech and expressed welcome to trainees. He also put forward expectations on role transformation, learning attitude and career development. Then the leader of human resource and administration sector explained the “Blue Plan” training program from orientation training, lessons by senior management, outward training, and job rotation to graduation report, organization, and talent review. He explained in detail on the training target of each stage, especially the training plan of job rotation. The general manager exchanged and interacted with the trainees on the topic of “Safety Behavior” and required the trainees to pay high attention to the safety management of hazardous chemical production enterprises. He hoped that trainees can positively learn advanced technologies and various management tools including excellent operation - DuPont Safety - safety management, establish s right attitude towards various aspects of the Company, either positive or negative, and realize self-values in the fast development of the Company. In order to help trainees rapidly adapt to the Company, we will assign tutors for each trainee, who will sign the tutoring deed with trainees, teach the trainees, and guide them to the self-cultivation route.
