In order to fulfill the annual safety production target, Hi-tech Spring actively follows the national “Safety Production Month” campaign of China under the theme of “Fulfill Safety Responsibility and Promote Safety Development” and holds a launching ceremony. On the afternoon of June 4th, Hi-tech Spring held the Kick-off Meeting for “Safety Production Month 2021”, and General Manager ZHANG Sheng’an and other 23 department leaders and safety managers attended this meeting, including Marketing Director PAN Yi, Production Director YAN Zengwei, and Safety Director YANG Xianfeng. In the meeting, the Safety and Management Department announced the implementation plan of the Company’s “Safety Production Month 2021” first and made specific explanation to the plan. YANG Xianfeng, Safety Director of the Company, stressed that various departments should take the “Safety Production Month” as an opportunity to enhance the full involvement in safety and organize field potential hazard check and correction while considering the weather status to guarantee the field safety. YAN Zengwei, Production Director of the Company, stated that various departments should make good arrangements on the safety production in summer and determine the items to be implemented in the “Safety Production Month” depending on the worksite operation status. He also stressed that the safety is always the red line that cannot be crossed during production unit operation and maintenance and repair works. ZHANG Sheng’an, General Manager of the Company, made a summary speech and he stated that strong convective weather occurs frequently in the alternation period of spring and summer and the worksite should be well prepared for safety production, with response measures against severe weather in place. For the temperature keeps increasing, the principal responsibility should be clearly defined for the modification and high-risk jobs on the worksite and all workers must enhance the consciousness of safety. Leaders at various levels should have the sense of leadership, pay attention to worksite risks, and implement control measures to achieve safe and stable operation. Everyone should do one part in the “20th Safety Production Month” to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. Every member present in this meeting signed his name on the commitment, which states “I promise to make every effort to launch the new safety management journey of the Company, enhance the safety consciousness of employees and eliminate hazard potential through the Safety Production Month to achieve the safe and stable operation of the Company.”
